Vauban Consulting’s principal, James Fitzsimmons, has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry.  Previously he was with Cambridge Technology Partners and Novell.  His clients included US Fortune 500 companies in the financial, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.  His public sector clients were at both the state and federal levels.  

 

Much of James' technical work has emphasized matching security technologies to an organization's regulatory and industry security requirements.

 

He has a strong consulting background in requirements analysis and has managed security and software projects.

 

James is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
